We want you to be 100% happy with your order! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a faulty print, we’ll replace it or issue a refund.
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
- The item must be faulty, damaged, or have an incorrect/faulty print.
- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn and free from noticeable wear or stains (e.g., makeup).
- Returns must comply with our terms of service.
Once an order is placed, it immediately enters production and cannot be edited or canceled. Due to our made-to-order process, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)
