Here at Fringe Theory, we believe in free thought, free speech, but (unfortunately) not free shipping. However, we do our best to keep it as affordable and transparent as possible. Our service timeline is based on Production Time + Shipping Time, so turnaround times may vary depending on production capacity and your selected shipping method.

Production Time

Every order is made-to-order, meaning it takes time before it’s ready to ship. Orders are typically produced within 7–10 days.

How long will my order take?

We’d love to tell you that your order will arrive via interdimensional portal, but unfortunately, we’re stuck using regular shipping services like everyone else. Here’s how it works:

🚚 Regular Shipping (Australia-wide) – $12 AUD flat rate
⏳ Delivery Time: 5–10 days* after production

⚡ Express Shipping (Australia-wide) – $20 AUD flat rate
⏳ Delivery Time: 2–5 days* after production

🌍 International Shipping (Outside Australia) – $20 AUD flat rate
⏳ Delivery Time: 10–20 days* depending on location

*These are estimates, not guarantees. If the postal service starts acting suspicious (or if you live in the middle of nowhere), things might take a little longer.

Final reminder: Since everything is made-to-order, your total wait time (production + shipping) will usually be 9–20 business days, depending on where you are and how you ship it.

Where does my order ship from?

All of our merch is printed and shipped from Brisbane, Australia. This means cheaper and faster shipping for our Aussie customers—no expensive international freight charges here! For international orders, we’ll send it out as quickly as we can, but global shipping can be unpredictable.

Will I get a Tracking Number?

Yes! Once your order has been printed and packed, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on it. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder.

International Shipping

Since the “post-COVID” era, international shipping has been all over the place. Some countries have longer delays, and unfortunately, some places we just can’t ship to at all. If you’re unsure whether we can deliver to your country, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
