At Fringe Theory, we take pride in the quality of our designs, and we stand by each item that is produced. While we’re unable to offer refunds or replacements for change-of-mind purchases, we’re committed to resolving any issues if your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Can I Return My Order?

Because all items are made to order, we do not keep inventory or operate a warehouse. As such, we’re unable to accept returns. However, if your item arrives with a manufacturing fault, damage, or if you receive the wrong product, please reach out—we’ll make it right.

We’ll replace or refund items that are:

✅ Faulty – printing errors, manufacturing defects, or damage on arrival
✅ Incorrect – wrong size or design

We DO NOT offer refunds or replacements for:

🚫 Change of mind
🚫 Incorrect orders placed by you
🚫 Worn, washed, or stained items

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If there’s an issue with your order, like it arrives damaged, is the wrong size, or just not what you ordered, we’ll replace it or issue a refund—no questions asked (okay, maybe a couple of questions).

Here’s what to do:

  1. Take a clear photo of the issue (wrong print, defect, damage etc).
  2. Email us at hello@fringetheory.com.au with; your order number, a photo and brief description of the problem.
  3. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We assume you'd notice a problem within two weeks, so no refunds or replacements will be accepted after this period.

Once your refund or replacement is approved, we'll handle it quickly.
